✈️ Job Title: Scheduling Specialist

Location: Baghdad Airport
Employment Type: Full-Time

Fly Baghdad is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Support Staff to join our Operations team. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate flight schedules, inventory management, and coordination across departments to optimize load and maximize revenue.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:
💡 Ensure accurate entry & updates of flight schedules in Revenue System.
💡 Coordinate with Sales team on demand forecasts & booking activities.
💡Follow up with the Finance team regarding flight credit top-ups.
💡Adjust flight inventory and seat allocation as needed to match demand.
💡Handle issuance of block seats and group tickets.
💡Suggest strategies to improve flight loads and overall revenue.
💡Prepare revenue schedule & verify there’s no overlap in timing or routing.
💡Prepare and submit ICAO monthly reports and statements to ICAA.
💡Execute any tasks assigned by HOC / DRYO as required.
💡Coordinate with Ops Control Center (OCC) to ensure valid landing permits.

🎓 Requirements:
✅ Iraqi Female Only.
✅ Recent Graduate.
✅ Bachelor's degree.
✅ Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
✅ Strong fluency in English (spoken and written).
✅ Basic knowledge scheduling, airline systems are preferred.
✅ Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
✅ Ability to work independently and under pressure.
