Technical Support engineer, Iraq_Baghdad- Mansour
Duties:
Providing technical support for the resellers as for wireless connection and service quality, and solve the issues of wired and wireless network for LAN.
Configuring various wireless Network Devices (Point-To-Point & Point-To-Multipoint).
insure the quality of Internet service and the Client Connection Quality.
Frequencies analysis and analyze the ratio of overlap and noise and select the best frequency for the establishment of connection between the company and its agents.
Apply and managing Firewall and Filters of the agent’s network devices.
Remote access to the agent’s networks to assist theme solving any issue in their networks.
Report any routing or bandwidth overload issues to the Concerned Department
Responding to the calls and tickets from resellers and take the proper action to solve the issue
Maintain Customer Satisfaction
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in any field related to Information Technology and Telecommunications.
Good English Language
CCNA required
Experience with Cisco Switches and Mikrotik routers
at least 2 years of work experience with ISP in similar role
Experience with wireless network (Mikrotik, UBNT, Mimosa)
Good Knowledge with L2 network (Spanning tree, VLAN,
Ether channel, Bridging)
Routing Knowledge (like Static Route and OSPF)
Working on shift Rotation
