St.Charles School is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). We follow the CBSE curriculum. There are separate semesters dividing the academic session Half Yearly and Final Examinations are being conducted, apart from formative assessment. Students are promoted to next level based on their day-to-day efforts and work done throughout the academic year, in addition to their te
rminal exam performance. Students are assessed by CCE. “Learning by doing” enables retention in a child’s learning process. Hence students are encouraged to do a number of projects, taken out on trips and to the vast compound of the school. Apart from written examination, grading according to students’ response in classroom and their participation in various activities are considered for evaluation and promotion. Sports & other Activities:
We have provided sufficient outdoor space for actively involving every child in any physical activity that he or she is interested in. We have different types of games and sports. Apart from classroom learning, our students get access to Science club, life skill development, dance, music, personality development, and various other extracurricular activities. Hygiene & Health:
By conducting awareness programmes and cleanliness sessions regularly, we ensure that students learn to lead a healthy and robust life. Talks on eating healthy food, food, oral hygiene & cleanliness are a part of the school’s programme.
