🚀 Fostering Entrepreneurial Ideas & Innovation!

Aditya Institute of Management Studies & Research (AIMS) organized a Startup Competition on 20 August 2026 as an initiative of the IQAC, Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) and Entrepreneurship Forum.

The competition gave students a platform to showcase innovative ideas focused on technology, sustainability and social innovation, while strengthening their creativity, entrepreneurial thinking and problem-solving skills.

📚 Decoding the New Labour Codes: Rights, Reforms & Responsibilities

Aditya Institute of Management Studies organized an insightful session on “New Labour Code of India – Implementing from May 2026 by GOI” on 17 August 2026, as an initiative of the IQAC, Institutions Innovation Council (IIC) and HR Forum.

The session, led by Dr. Ravi, Principal, PNC Degree College, Bengaluru, focused on key aspects of the new labour framework, including wages, social security, industrial relations, occupational safety and workplace compliance.

The programme enhanced participants’ awareness of employee rights, employer responsibilities and evolving labour regulations, encouraging informed and responsible employment practices.
