Little Tarun Kumar is a 10 years old and hails from low socio-economic background. He is diagnosed with developmental delay. His body and IQ level is not developed as compared to his age. He needs regular special education, speech and physiotherapy to live life independently which will cost Rs. 2,500/- per month.

There are many kids like Tarun in our school who are need sponsorship. Belakku invites you to become a sponsor for our children’s programme and services. Your support will benefit our beneficiaries and reduce the burden of their family members.

As you may know that 80% of our beneficiaries hails from low socio-economic background and hence, the parents can’t pay the cost of their programme & services. The primary source of funding for our school is fees and few promised donations of individuals and companies. The school receives no governmental funds. Given the scenario, it is tough for us to meet the financial requirements at school which will ultimately affect the children’s programme.

Nutritional support and medicines for a beneficiary. Most of the beneficiaries are very poor families are malnourished. Milk and/or dietary supplements are provided to the child. Medicines are also given which are not affordable for the family (eg. medicines for epilepsy).

Any Monetary Contribution is accepted through Cheque/DD/Wire Transfer/Cash in
favour of ‘Belakku‘, payable at Bengaluru, India. Your contribution to General/Corpus helps Belakku to pay unsupported and urgent expenses like rent of the building, salaries, etc.

ABOUT BELAKKU

Developmental disabilities in children are on the rise and there is much that needs to be understood, from cause to cure.
Sai chaitanya Charitable Trust (R) is a non – profit charitable trust founded by a group of Nine members.
Under this Trust “Belakku“ Organization was founded.

The primary aim of Belakku is to look after the special needs of children and make them self-sufficient at day-to-day activities.
Working with the beneficiaries has taught us significant human values like, unconditional love, living in the present,
faith, innocence, and freedom from egoism.

Greetings from Belakku!!

Thanks for your regular support. We are in an urgent need of funds to buy Agarbathi machine. The requirement is in our new unit- Vocational training where our beneficiaries and their parents will be trained in different vocations. The machine cost is Rs. 123,088/-. We have raised Rs. 50,000/- from a company and they have asked us to raise remaining money from another company or from individuals. Please do let us know if you could help us.
