Sometimes, One Workshop Can Change an Entire Space Journey!
10 Years of Smartcircuits Innovation Pvt. Ltd. | One Student. One Innovation.
Ten years ago, when we started Smartcircuits Innovation, our vision was simple: to create the platforms and opportunities we wished we had during our college and university years.
We wanted students to do more than just learn—to experiment, innovate, and turn their ideas into reality.
Almost a decade ago, we conducted a two-day CanSat Workshop at NISER, Odisha, where students from Bachelor's, Master's, and PhD programs participated.
Little did we know that this workshop would become the beginning of something much bigger.
During our recent visit to Bangalore, we met Antariksh Parichha and Jivitesh Debata, Co-founders of Serendipity Space, a Bhubaneswar-based Indian space-tech startup working on pharmaceutical manufacturing and processing in microgravity.
They shared something that touched our hearts:
"Our space journey began with your CanSat workshop."
Today, they are building Alchemy, an autonomous orbital-class microgravity factory module designed to grow high-purity drug crystals. In August 2026, Serendipity Space successfully launched and recovered a satellite prototype through a stratospheric balloon at the TIFR Balloon Facility in Hyderabad.
For us, this is more than a proud moment. It is a reminder of why we started Smartcircuits Innovation.
We create opportunities. Students turn them into possibilities. And sometimes, those possibilities become something extraordinary.
To Antariksh Parichha and Jivitesh Debata : Thank you for remembering where your journey began and for staying grounded despite your achievements. Wishing you both continued success as you push the boundaries of space technology.
Our vision remains the same:
🌟 One Student. One Innovation.
Because one opportunity can spark a dream, and one dream can help shape the future.
The journey continues. The dream gets bigger.
