Capacity Building Training Programme – CBSE
Sant Nischal Singh Public School, YNR successfully organised a Capacity Building Training Programme on Stress Management on 29 May 2026. The session was conducted by the esteemed resource persons, Ms. Mandeep Kaur (PGT English, Holy Mother Public School, YNR) and Ms. Shruti Kaushal (General Secretary, Bhagwati Foundation & PGT Economics).
The session was highly informative, interactive, and enriching for all the participants. A variety of engaging activities, discussions, practical exercises, and team interactions were conducted to help teachers understand effective ways to manage stress and maintain emotional well-being in their professional and personal lives.
The programme created a positive and motivating atmosphere, leaving everyone inspired with valuable insights and practical techniques for a healthier and more balanced lifestyle. The school extends sincere thanks to the resource persons for making the event truly meaningful and successful.

Parents' Orientation Programme for Class XI (Session 2026–27)
Under the visionary guidance of Dr. Leena Khera, Director, Sant Nischal Singh Public School successfully organized a Parents' Orientation Programme for Class XI for the academic session 2026–27.
The orientation session was designed to acquaint parents with the various academic streams, curriculum framework, subject combinations, assessment patterns, and future career opportunities available to students. The programme aimed to strengthen the partnership between the school and parents in supporting students as they embark on this crucial phase of their academic journey.
During the session, emphasis was laid on the importance of a collaborative approach among parents, teachers, and students to nurture the students' personal, academic, and professional growth while ensuring a healthy balance between their studies and overall well-being.
Parents were also informed about key academic expectations, school policies, career guidance initiatives, and the support systems available to help students make informed decisions regarding their future aspirations.
Dr. Leena Khera, along with the faculty members, interacted with the parents and addressed their queries, providing valuable insights and guidance. Students of Sant Nischal Singh Public School visited Maharishi Markandeshwar University Mullana-Ambala today as part of an educational trip.
During the trip, the students first visited the Museum, where they observed various medical models and specimens. They then explored the Histological Lab and learned about microscopic studies and laboratory techniques. Later, the students visited the Skill Lab and Dissection Hall, where they gained practical knowledge about medical procedures and human anatomy.
The visit proved to be highly informative and helped students enhance their knowledge, practical understanding, and scientific skills.

An Orientation Programme for the parents of Class IX was conducted on 23rd May 2026 in Sant Nischal Singh Public School, Yamunanagar. The programme was organized to acquaint parents with the revised syllabus, academic expectations, and changes introduced for the session 2026–27.
The subject teachers explained the syllabus in detail and discussed the important changes introduced in different subjects. They also guided the parents regarding the internal assessment system, subject-wise evaluation, project work, notebook submission, and overall academic planning. The syllabus sheets were shared and explained properly to ensure clarity among parents and students.
Parents’ queries regarding academics and assessment were also addressed by the teachers. The programme concluded successfully with active participation and cooperation from the parents.

Sant Nischal Singh Public School organized an Industrial Visit to ISGEC, Yamunanagar for the students to provide them with practical exposure and real-world industrial learning experience.
During the visit, students were introduced to the various products manufactured by ISGEC and were informed about the different plants and industries operated by the company across various locations. The experts at ISGEC also guided the students regarding career opportunities in engineering and shared valuable insights on how dedicated preparation and proper planning can help students achieve success.
Students enthusiastically explored different sections of the industry and observed the working and manufacturing processes of various industrial components. They gained firsthand knowledge about machinery, production systems, and industrial operations, making the visit highly informative and inspiring.
The visit proved to be an enriching learning experience for the students and helped bridge the gap between classroom learning and practical application.
