For the last 14 years, I’ve had the privilege of watching students transform.
Some came with hesitation.
Some were afraid of making mistakes.
Some struggled even with basic English grammar.
But with the right guidance, consistent practice, and the right platform to express themselves, I’ve seen ordinary students develop extraordinary confidence.
They start speaking.
They start participating on stage.
They face interviews with confidence.
And most importantly, they start believing in themselves.
This is what I believe:
