🌟 Empowering Educators: A Journey Towards Academic Excellence 🌟

At Podar International School, Wardha, we are committed to nurturing a culture of continuous learning and professional growth among our educators.

As part of this endeavour, a one-day, in-person training programme on Daily Teaching Plans was organised on 8th August 2026. The session focused on developing a structured and practical approach to lesson planning, enabling teachers to design engaging, purposeful and learner-centred classroom experiences.

The session was thoughtfully facilitated by Mrs. Jayshree Bhaiswar, Vice Principal, P*S Nagpur Koradi Godhni, who enriched the training with valuable insights, practical strategies and effective approaches to instructional planning.

The programme provided an enriching platform for educators to learn, reflect, collaborate and strengthen their classroom practices—reaffirming our shared commitment to creating meaningful learning experiences for every child.

Empowering Through Awareness & Well-being

Podar International School, Wardha, organised an insightful Awareness Programme for Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff, focusing on legal awareness, child-related laws, mental health, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

The sessions were led by eminent experts:

⚖️ POSH Act & Free Legal Aid under the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1978
Hon. Shri Sanjeev A. Sardar, Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Wardha, sensitised the staff about the provisions of the POSH Act and the various free legal aid services available under the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1978.

👧 Children-Related Laws
Shri Manish Sawarkar and Ku. Prachi Bhagat provided valuable insights into laws concerning children, helping staff understand their responsibilities towards child safety, protection and well-being.

🧠 Mental Health & Work-Life Balance
Dr. Sudarshan Harle, Psychiatrist, Civil Hospital, Wardha, conducted an engaging session on mental health, ways to balance personal and professional life, and awareness about various forms of addiction.

The sessions were highly informative, interactive and enriching, leaving our staff with greater awareness of their legal rights, responsibilities, mental well-being, and the importance of creating a safe and supportive environment for children and colleagues.
