A student is also taught to do research in the chapters by covering linked topics of future classes. A student will be able to understand the concepts present in the future classes as he is very strong with his basics and will certainly enjoy the logical sequence of the chapter ahead. Research oriented teaching :
It is done in the following stages :
Stage-1 : A micro level planning for teaching a particular topic is done by identifying
The prerequisites (basics and fundamentals of the topic)
The concepts to be mastered
Stage-2 : The teaching of the prerequisites, main concepts and the linked sub-topics is done from the prescribed text books with more illustrations and examples. Stage-3 : The objective of mastering the concepts is achieved by making the students to solve problems on each concept from worksheet and problems for practicewhich include the questions from previous competitive exams and various other international reference books. Stage-4 : At the end of the topic, students are made to solve the cumulative assignments which consists of problems based on multiple concepts. TEACHER : STUDENTS RATIO :

My Grandmother always cooked tasty food. But one day, she put a burnt pie in front of my Grandpa.
Not just a little burnt, but black as coal.
I waited to see what my Grandpa would say.
But he just ate the pie n asked how my day was.
Then i heard my Grand Mother apologize to him for his dinner.
I'll never forget his response.
"Dear, i like ur pie."
Later, i asked him if he had told the truth.
He put his arm on my shoulder n said, "Ur Grandma had a tough day at work."
"She was tired."
"The burnt pie didn't harm me but, a sharp word could've hurt her."
We all make mistakes.
We shouldn't focus on mistakes but, support those we love.
