When you've collectively worked so hard, ignoring your daily routine, not attending classes, roaming all over the city with various works, staying at college for unimaginable amount of time and working for the success of a particular event, you begin to get accustomed to the new time table.

And once the event is done with, you suddenly feel empty with-in. Suddenly you begin to feel aimless and listless and feel like the event shouldn't have completed so soon.

Then comes the time of contemplation. You realize the problems you faced, the errors you committed, you learn how to deal with them and you make a mental note not to repeat the same next year.

Meet you all again, next year with Cynosure 2015.. Till then, adios amigos! :)

Now we arrive at the most prestigious award of the Cynosure - 2014 i.e., Young Manager Award tentatively titled Joven Entregador (Spanish for Young Manager).
