Event objective:
Paper presentations contest to be held during ANCHARIGA 2013 is to provide a platform for every student to present his/her ideas and work in front of experts in the corresponding field. This is a perfect platform to promote brilliant and Innovative thinking, and presenting his/her ideas in a concise and an interesting manner. It is a chance for the innovative minds to put forth their ideas in various areas of advanced research.
Rules to be followed in preparing abstract and final presentation:
Maximum number of authors per paper is two.
Team or individual are allowed to present papers in more than one category. They cannot submit more than one paper within the same category.
Presentation can be given on any topic that apt the category.
The participants have to mail the abstracts to [email protected]
Selected papers will be intimated through mail.
Registration fee per paper is Rs.200/-
Two hard copies and one soft copy(only on CD) is to be submitted at the time of registration.
Power Point slides are to be used to present the paper(MS office 2003 or 2007).
The maximum time limit for each presentation will be of 10minutes (8presentation+2queries)
The participant whose time exceeds the given time limit will be disqualified
The judging panel may change the time limit at any point of the time during the event.
Participation certificates will be given to all the registered papers.
Judgement made by the panel of judges is final.
A minimal number of papers are accepted for spot registration, participants willing to register on spot are advised to check for the chance of registration by contacting respective department in-charges through phone or mail.
Judgment Criteria:
1. Originality
2. Presentation
3. Format
4. Perspicuity of the submitted paper.
5. Sound knowledge of Fundamentals
6. Effort put on the paper. (Bonus points for practical implementation)
Note:
The decision of the judges shall be treated as final and binding on all.
The organizers reserve the rights to change any or all of the above rules as they deem fit.
In this event the participants will have to present their technical paper in front of the judges and the audience. Audience and judges are to be allowed to interact with the participant regarding the paper.
