The Department of CSE (Data Science), Vaagdevi Engineering College, in collaboration with IEEE VEC SB Signal Processing and Communications Joint Societies, successfully organized a one-day hands-on workshop titled “Building Production-Grade AI Agents Using n8n” on 3rd September 2026. The session commenced at 10:00 AM with a warm welcome to Dr. M. Shashidhar Principal Vaagdevi Engineering College ,Dr. K. Srinivas HOD of CSE (Data Science), Mr. Prudhvi Narayana Workshop facilitator, and all the participants.
The speaker profile was introduced by Ms. N. Vyshnavi, WIE Chair, IEEE VEC SB. The session was led by Mr. Prudhvi Narayana, Data & AI Engineer at TCS, who introduced participants to the concepts of AI Agents, automation, and n8n. He explained the n8n platform, its features, workflow automation capabilities, integrations, and practical applications.
The afternoon session focused on a hands-on demonstration of n8n, where the facilitator guided participants through creating and automating workflows and integrating various tools and services. The practical activities enabled participants to gain a better understanding of building AI-powered automated systems using n8n.
The technical session concluded at 4:15PM, followed by the Vote of Thanks proposed by Ms. R. Vaishnavi, Vice Chair, Signal Processing and Communication Joint Societies, IEEE VEC SB. She expressed gratitude to the dignitaries, speaker, organizers, volunteers, and participants. The programme concluded with the distribution of certificates, marking the workshop as an informative and interactive learning experience on AI agents, n8n, workflow automation, and AI-based integrations.
