University college of engineering:JNTUK,Vizianagaram University College of Engineering,Vizianagaram was established in the year 2007 as a constituent college of erstwhile JNTU, Hyderabad.

In the year 2008 JNTU KAKINADA has been established as a separate University with this campus as constituent college . The University campus is situated 6 km away from Vizianagaram on a hillock spreading sprawling area of 100 acres surrounded by a scenic view of mountains enduing a serene atmosphere for learning.
