🌿 **NSS Day – A Celebration of Service & Social Responsibility** 🌿

**Shri C. J. Patel College of Computer Studies (BCA), Sankalchand Patel University, Visnagar**, celebrated **NSS Day on 24 September 2024** in a meaningful and socially responsible way.

As part of the celebration, NSS volunteers actively participated in various community service initiatives:

📚 **Stationery kits** were distributed to needy students of a government school.
🍱 **Food thalis** were distributed to needy people in Visnagar.
🧹 A **Swachhata Abhiyan** was conducted at the school campus.
🌱 Primary school students were **made aware of cleanliness, personal hygiene, proper waste disposal, and the importance of a clean environment**.

Through these activities, our NSS volunteers conveyed the message of **Service, Cleanliness and Social Responsibility**, making NSS Day truly meaningful.

The Faculty of Computer Science, Department of Computer Application, Shri C. J. Patel College of Computer Studies, Sankalchand Patel University successfully organized an insightful expert session on “AI THAT ACTS: THE RISE OF AGENTIC AI” on 21st September 2026 at TechSat Hall, SPCE.

The session was delivered by Dr. Ankit Shah, Professor & PGP, Adani Institute of Digital Technology Management, who provided valuable insights into Agentic AI, autonomous intelligent systems, emerging AI technologies, and their applications in the future of technology.

Swachhata Abhiyan Organized at Shri C. J. Patel College of Computer Studies

Visnagar, September 17, 2026:
Shri C. J. Patel College of Computer Studies (BCA), Sankalchand Patel University, organized a Swachhata Abhiyan on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Shri Narendra Modi. The initiative was conducted with the objective of creating awareness about cleanliness, hygiene, and the importance of maintaining a clean and healthy environment.

More than 25 students and staff members actively participated in the cleanliness drive. The participants cleaned the college premises and surrounding areas and encouraged everyone to contribute towards maintaining cleanliness in their daily lives.

The activity was coordinated by Prof. Jignasa Patel, along with Ms. Dhruvi Bhatiya and Prof. Chirag Jeswal. Their guidance and active involvement motivated the students to participate enthusiastically in the initiative.

The Swachhata Abhiyan provided students with an opportunity to understand their social responsibility and the importance of collective efforts in creating a cleaner and greener environment. The college appreciated the enthusiastic participation of students and staff and encouraged them to continue practicing cleanliness and civic responsibility.

The programme concluded with a message to maintain cleanliness not only within the college campus but also in the surrounding community.
