Dr. L. Rasingam, Scientist-E & Head, Botanical Survey of India, Deccan Regional Centre, Hyderabad official visit to Andhra University Botanical Garden (AUBG). MoEF&CC-BSI-ABG Project PI Prof. S.B.Padal, Co-PIs Prof. D.Sandhya Deepika (HoD), Prof. B. Sujatha, Prof. P.K.Ratna Kumar, Dr. P.Balaramaswamy Yadav & L. Ravi Kumar (JPF) briefed current status of the Conservation of the Endemic & Threatened Plants in the Garden. He planted endemic Cycads at AUBG and emphasized the conservation of Endemic & Threatened plants to the M.Sc. Botany Students & Researchers. He also appreciated the enrichment of the Museum with new collections.
