Srujanavani Voluntary Association engages itself in creating a just society by nurturing young minds

Our Srujanavani team and students spent the morning getting our hands dirty with a beautiful plantation drive at the Seventh Day Adventist High School in MVP. Watching the kids take ownership of planting new saplings was a great reminder of why we do this—to leave our community a little greener than we found it.
But taking care of the environment goes beyond planting trees; it’s also about looking out for the life that shares it with us.

With the summer heat being so brutal lately, our local birds are struggling to stay hydrated. So, right alongside our plantation drive, our students have taken on a daily challenge: placing water and food bowls on our terraces and balconies to give our feathered friends a break from the heat.
The plantation drive was for today, but keeping those water bowls full is a habit we are keeping alive all summer long.
Whether you plant a sapling today or just put out a bowl of water on your balcony, we challenge you to take one small step for nature today! 🌱🕊️

At our Skill Development Center in Vaddadi, the classrooms are buzzing. On 4rth April 2026 we launched our AP Polycet Coaching Program because we know that a student's geographical background should never limit their career heights. There is so much hidden talent in our rural areas, and all it needs is the right runway.

The hunger we’ve seen so far is incredible.
On April 3rd, over 150 students showed up for our screening test. Out of those, 46 dedicated students qualified and jumped straight into classes the very next day.

Our goal is simple: to help students from backward and rural areas discover their technical skills and reach new heights in their careers.

None of this would be possible without our selfless faculty—Harikrishna Sir(Chemistry Faculty) from Thallapalem Government ZP High School, Demudu Naidu Sir(Mathematics Faculty) from K.D. Peta ZP High School, Murthy Sir(Physics Faculty) from Gunnempudi ZP High School, and Varma Sir(Mathematics Faculty) from Gottiwada Agraharam ZP High School —who bring elite teaching to our rural students. Huge gratitude also goes to our coordination team, R Ramarao Sir, G Vasu, and N Uma Mahesh, for their tireless support.

With the final AP Polycet Exam just around the corner on April 25th, our students are more ready than ever. Wish them luck! 🌟

We are delighted to share that the foundation stone for Unnathi Bhavan was laid on April 12th special day, heralding a new chapter in our mission to transform rural education and community development.
For years, the Srujanavani Skill Development Centre at Vaddadi has worked with significant infrastructure limitations, yet with an unwavering commitment to creating meaningful change in the educational landscape of villages across Anakapalli district. Every year, we engage with nearly 500 rural students, equipping them with life skills, values, academic support, and exposure to opportunities that can shape their futures.
With the construction of Unnathi Bhavan, this vision now expands beyond its current boundaries. What once was constrained by space will soon become a state-of-the-art learning and training centre, enabling us to reach a much larger cross-section of rural youth and community stakeholders.
This milestone has been made possible through the invaluable support of our partners and well-wishers — Tezaswi Raja, Srini Chintala, Foundation, Spoorthi Foundation, Asha for Education, and all our donors and supporters who believed in this vision. Their financial support, combined with the relentless efforts of our on-ground Srujanavani team, has laid the foundation for what we believe will become a sanctuary for learning, growth, and transformation.
We are deeply grateful to our founder Shri Ravi Kumar Rallapalli, who laid the foundation stone, symbolizing the continuation of a dream nurtured over decades.
The foundation is now set.
The real work begins.
And with it begins a renewed promise of hope for rural communities.
