ఏమని పొగడెదనొ మా గురువుల నేమని పొగడుదునొ
వల్లమాలిన వాత్సల్యము శిష్యులపై,
గోష్ఠిజనులపైనను వారి సొత్తు.

ఎల్లరు సుఖముగ యుండాలని,
ఎవ్వరికేయాపద కలుగరాదని, ఎల్లవారిని భగవానుడు చల్లగ చూడాలని
ఎవ్వరకిని ఏ యాపదయు కలుగరాదని ;
నిత్యమిదియ వారి మనోవాంఛ గాగ
ఏమని పొగడెదనో, మా గురువుల నేమని పొగడుదునో!

భాగవతమ్మున కృష్ణుడు పంచిన
పాలు పెరుగుల రుచి పంచుచు
భాగవతామృతమును వర్షించుచు
తమ ప్రవచనాబ్ధిలో మనలను ముంచుచు తేల్చెడి
మన గురువుల విభవము
నేమని పొగడెదనో, మన గురువును ఏమని పొగడుదునో!

అందరకును
అయోధ్యలో రామాయణ గాధను వివరణ చేయుచు
అందలి సూక్తిసుధాధారల మనలను తడిపి తనిసిన వారిని
ఏమని పొగడెదనో, మన గురువుల నేమని పొగడుదునో!

పొగడగ నా వశమా? పొందుగ వారి పదముల పడుటయె తప్ప!
పొగడఁబూనుట యత్యాశ గాదె? పొగడదగిన భాషయె లేక?
స్వామీ! కృపఁజూపి నను కటాక్షించుడని
సాష్టాంగదండ ప్రణామములు సమర్పించుట తగు గాదె!
