Training Program: Personality Development & Employability Skills
19th-20th February
Power speakers, enthralling sessions, vibrant discussions and worthwhile takeaways! There adds yet another page to the event book of IEEE AU Student Branch…
PDES 2016
The two-day training program comprised seven sessions. Each of our honourable speakers dealt specific aspects of personality development and skills required for better employability in the current competitive world. Aspects ranging from communication skills including Telephonic Etiquette, through Team building and Management skills, to problem solving under complex situations, were discussed in detail with live examples. Our speakers delineated various aspects of Goal setting, Planning, Organizing, Discrimination and Decision making, Time management & Self (Mind) Management skills. CV/ Resume writing, Email writing were also discussed. Aspects of Self-motivation, Fear control and Attitude management also occupied the discussions.

Groom your personality by attending the workshop on Personality Development and Employability Skills being hosted by IEEE AU Student Branch. The workshop will help you recognize, develop and articulate your employability skills, as well as improve your understanding of the graduate workplace.
It's a two day training program on 19,20th Feb 2016 at the Main Building, Andhra University College of Engineering, Vizag.
To help us manage the workshop effectively, it is important that you register in advance.
