Teachers day celebration in college

For every 1₹ Paid by South States like AP/TG to the Central Govt in return We are getting back only 35-40p Where as North States like UP Gets 1.75₹
Now even if I question about this am I anti Indian ? Now why so called politicians haven't questioned all these days.
