Ingredients
1. Boiled potatoes- 5 no.
2. Boiled green peas- ¼ cup
3. Boiled sweet corn- ¼ cup
4. Grated carrot- 1no.
5. Chilli powder-1 spoon
6. Ginger garlic paste-1 spoon
7. Garam masala- half spoon
8. Green chilli- 1 no.
9. Salt – as per taste
10. Maida – 2 spoons
11. Corn flour- 2 spoons
12. Breadcrumbs- 1 cup
13. Cheese- 1 spoon

Preparation
1. Except breadcrumbs mix all the ingredients in boiled and smashed potatoes as shown.
2. After the mixture is ready make them as bullets shape as shown.
3. Then dip the bullets in the breadcrumbs powder.
4. Heat edible oil for deep fry and fry the bullets on high flame only for few minutes only till they turn to golden brown colour.
5. That’s it veg bullets are ready for serving. It tastes good when it’s served with tomato ketchup.

A.PURI PREPARATION:
1.sooji ravva- 1 big cup
2.all purpose flour(maida)-half tb spoon
3.Rice flour-half tb spoon
4.wheat flour-half tb spoon
5.salt-1 tea spoon
6.Baking soda-1 tea spoon
7.edible oil for deep fry
Prepare the dough by mixing all these ingredients by adding water in low quantities intermittently till it reaches the consistency as shown.

Cover the dough with a cup and leave it for 20 minutes. Meanwhile prepare the curry and water.

After 20 minutes make the chapatis with this dough and cut it to small pieces with a small size cup as shown.

Now heat the edible oil for deep fry. Let the flame be in high and fry these small pieces till they turn to light golden yellow on both sides.

That’s it crispy crispy puri ready.Store them in a tight container after they get cool.

B.CURRY PREPARATION
1.Boiled potatoes-4 nos
2.Soaked and boiled chana or chickpeas-1 small cup
3.chooped onion-1 cup
4.coriander powder-1 tb spoon
5.jeera powder-1 tb spoon
6.red chilli powder-1 tb spoon
7.chat masala-1 tb spoon
8.salt-as per taste
9.coriander leaves
Mash the potatoes and mix all the ingredients.

That’s it Pani puri curry ready

C.PANI/WATER PREPARATION
1.Corainder leaves-1 cup
2.mint-1 cup
3.green chillies-2 nos
4.Ginger-1 small piece
5.coriander powder-1 tb spoon
6.jeera powder-1 tb spoon
7.pani puri masala powder-1 tb spoon
8.black slat- half tb spoon
9.black pepper powder- half tb spoon
10.salt-as per taste.
11.tamarind juice-half small cup

Grind the coriander leaves,mint leaves,green chillies,ginger as paste.

Strain it and mix two big glasses of water.

Add all the other ingredients and stir well.

That’s it spicy pani or water ready.

now you can serve all the three to your dear ones.

Ingredients:
1.Cahew nuts-250gms
2.Jaggery-150gms
3.Cardamom powder-1Tb spoon
4.Ghee-3 Tb spoons

Fry the cashew nuts very lightly in 1 tb spoon ghee (it should not get roasted)
Now add very little water and prepare the jaggery juice by boiling till it tuns to the shown consistency.
In this juice ass the cardamom powder, cashew nuts and stir it once.
Now apply some ghee on a plate and spread the cashew nut mixture on it uniformly.
That’s it after drying you will see that the crispy tasty and healthy cashew nut chikki ready.

Ingredients:
Sweet potato (peeled and sliced)-250 gms
Jaggery-100 gms
Cardamom powder-1 table spoon
Milk-1 small cup
Ghee-1 table spoon

Preparation:
1.Boil and cook the sweet potato pieces till they become soft in water.
2.Then add jaggery,cardamom powder,milk and let it cook till it turns to paste.
3.Then add the ghee cook it for 1 to 2 minutes.
That’s it very healthy and tasty sweet potato sweet ready.
