Nick : Allô ? Paul ?
Paul : Oui, c’est moi. C’est toi, Paul ?
Nick : Oui, je t’appelle pour t’inviter à dîner samedi soir. C’est mon anniversaire.
Paul : Super ! Tu as quel âge ?
Nick : J’ai 10 ans! Samedi, on mange, on danse, et on boit du coca, bien sûr. Tu viens ? Nous nous amuserons.
Paul : D’accord, qu’est-ce que j’apporte ?
Nick : Je fais un barbecue. On va manger beaucoup de viande: des rôtis de porc et de mouton, des ailes de poulet, des steaks, des saucisses…
Paul : Arrête, tu ne sais pas que je suis végétarien ? Je ne mange pas de viande.
Nick : Ah zut, j’avais oublié… Qu’est-ce que tu manges alors ?
Paul : Eh bien, des légumes, du riz, des pommes de terre…
Nick : J’ai une idée: on peut faire griller des champignons, des tomates, du maïs et des pommes de terre.
Paul : D’accord, et je prépare aussi une grosse salade de riz et mon père a du très bon coca à la cave…
Nick : Après le boum nous allons au cinéma !
Paul : Génial. Alors, à samedi.
Nick : A samedi, Paul, et nous faisons un bon gâteau !
Paul: Au revoir, Nick.
Nick: Au revoir! Paul.
Nick: Hello! Paul?
Paul: Yes, it’s me, Paul.
Nick: I called you to invite you for dinner on Saturday evening. That is my birthday.
Paul: Super! How old are you?
Nick: I am 10 years old! Saturday, we eat, we dance, we drink some coke of course, are you coming?
Paul: Ok, what should I bring?
Nick: I am preparing a barbecue. We are going to have lot of meat, roasted pork and mutton, chicken winglets, steaks and sausages……..
Paul: Stop Nick, don’t you know that I am vegetarian? I don’t eat meat.
Nick: Oh chute! I forgot………….. What do you eat then?
Paul: Ah well, the vegetables, rice and potatoes………..
Nick: I got an idea; we can make grilled mushrooms, tomatoes, corn and potato.
Paul: Ok, And I also prepare big salad with rice and my father got a big bottle of coke.
Nick: After the party Let us go to movie.
Paul: Great, So on Saturday!
Nick: Yeah on Saturday Paul, Let us make a big cake too.
Paul: Bye! Nick.
Nick: Bye! Paul.
