VIVA Institute of Management & Research, Virar, organised one-day Entrepreneurship Panel Discussion on February 21, 2026, for management students on the theme “Think Big. Start Small. Scale Fast.” The programme was held in collaboration with University of Mumbai, and the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC).
The panel included Mr. Ashok Rankhamb, former Commissioner of Urban Development (BNCMC) & MD, Grand Legacy Resorts and Spa; Viral Jain, Co-founder of Atreal Studios Pvt. Ltd.; Prince Jha, Founder Director of Krishla Group; and Nilesh Mistry, Founder Partner at Eagle Vision Insure Wealth IMF.
The event was presided over by Dr. Hiresh Luhar, Director. Speakers shared real-life experiences to explain how strong leadership, clear vision, and passion are important for growing a business. Through the interactive session, students were motivated to value innovation, stay resilient in challenges, and make ethical decisions while creating sustainable businesses.
