💐The junior students of E.S. School of Nursing organized a warm and memorable Farewell Programme for their senior DGNM students. The programme was filled with gratitude, affection, and cherished memories shared between the juniors and outgoing seniors.

💐The juniors expressed their love and appreciation for their seniors through heartfelt wishes, memorable moments, and a token of affection. The outgoing students also shared their experiences and valuable messages with their juniors.

💐The programme concluded with wishes for the seniors’ success, happiness, and a bright future in the nursing profession.

📢 Value Added Course on the topic of "Alternative Holistic Health Care in Nursing Practice"

✨The course focused on holistic approaches to patient care, including naturopathy, yoga and mindfulness, relaxation techniques, meditation, music therapy, aromatherapy and therapeutic touch. The resource persons led the sessions in the form of interactive lectures, demonstrations and practical activities which helped students to understand safe and appropriate holistic nursing practices and develop patient-centred care skills.

📢 World Su***de Prevention Day 2026

Topic:- Changing the Narrative on Su***de – Start the Conversation

✨ The programme focused on the theme “Changing the Narrative on Su***de – Start the Conversation”, emphasizing the importance of open communication, empathy, early recognition of emotional distress, and timely support.

✨ As part of the observance, a Su***de Prevention Pledge was administered by the principal to the students, encouraging them to become compassionate listeners, reduce stigma surrounding mental health, recognize warning signs, and promote help-seeking and professional support.

✨ A special “Wall of Hope” activity was also organized, providing students with an opportunity to share positive messages, words of encouragement, and messages of hope. The activity created a meaningful space that highlighted the values of hope, connection, compassion, and support.

✨ The programme reinforced the message that a conversation can make a difference, and that listening without judgment can be an important step towards helping someone to support them.
