📢 Anti Drug Pledge

✨ An Anti-Drug Pledge Programme was organized by E.S. College of Nursing in collaboration with Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Vishwa Vidyalaya to create awareness among students about the harmful effects of drug and substance abuse.

✨ As part of the programme, the students actively participated in the Anti-Drug Pledge, committing themselves to stay away from drugs and other harmful substances and to promote a healthy, safe and responsible lifestyle. The pledge emphasized the importance of making positive choices, maintaining physical and mental well-being, and encouraging to remain free from any abuse.

✨ The programme provided an opportunity for students to understand their responsibility to be aware of themselves and be surrounded with positivity always.

🤝 MOU Signing Ceremony for German Language Training Programme

✨E.S. College of Nursing and Annai Veilankanni’s Academy for skill development entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to jointly conduct a German Language Training Programme for Nursing students. The initiative aims to enhance students’ German language proficiency from A1 to B2 levels for international nursing career opportunities, particularly in Germany. The MOU was signed in the presence of Mr.Vikram Hariharan, Managing Trustee E.S. Group of Institutions managed by ESSK, Villupuram and Dr.D.Dev Anand, Secretary, Annai Veilankanni Group of Institutions, Chennai.

✨The MOU signing ceremony marked an important step towards strengthening academic collaboration, skill development, and global employability among nursing students. Through this collaboration, students will receive structured German language training and guidance to support their future international career aspirations.

✨The programme reflects the institutions’ commitment to providing career-oriented education, global exposure, and enhanced employability opportunities for aspiring nurses.

📢 World Drowning Prevention Day

✨ The Awareness programme on Prevention of drowning was inaugurated by the Headmistress, Adi Dravidar Welfare Primary School, and the Nursing students created awareness through Villupattu, Skit, and poster presentations, highlighting handling water, drowning prevention, and emergency response. The Headmistress of Adi Dravidar Welfare Primary School addressed the gathering and shared valuable information on drowning prevention. The Primary students actively shown interest and gained valuable insight in preventing themselves from drowning. The programme concluded successfully with a vote of thanks, reinforcing the message that every drowning is preventable through awareness, education, and collective action.
