Our school's Scouts and Guides proudly share their successful participation in the Rajiya Puraskar Award 2023–2024 camping. The Test Camp took place at St. Ann's Hr.Sec. School, Tindivanam, from February 6 to 8.
Four Scouts and five Guides from our school have excelled in various tests and were selected to receive prestigious awards from the Honourable Governor.
A heartfelt appreciation to our Scouts Master, Mr. Prem Raj, and Guides Captain, Mrs. Srilavanya, for their unwavering support and guidance. Kudos to our enthusiastic Scouts and Guides for bringing laurels to our school by earning these well-deserved awards.

Today, our school hosted a Fire safety awareness programme in anticipation of the Diwali celebration. The real superheroes from Tindivanam Fire Station visited our school and demonstrated the essential do's and dont's of fire safety. We are indeed glad to share that the much-anticipated 🤗eye checkup camp was held on (16.08.23) at our campus between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. in collaboration with the Aravind Eye Hospital.
🌟 Under the guidance of 👩🏻‍⚕Dr. Jothi and 👨‍⚕Dr. Adhitya Anand, the medical team graced our school with their presence and were warmly welcomed by the management and Principal, sir.
🏥The team of skilled medical professionals examined🔍 the students and staff members vision thoroughly and with the utmost care👓
We were happy to witness the enthusiastic participation of our parents and well-wishers, who volunteered for the camp and underwent the vision examination.
The camp offered valuable advice and personalized prescriptions 📋to students, parents, and staff members who required additional care.
The eye checkup camp was a resounding success💫 and proved beneficial to the well-being of our students, staff, and their families.

It is with immense joy🤗 that we share the highlights of our glorious celebration of the 76th 🇮🇳Independence Day at VKM Vidhyalaya.
The celebration commenced with the flag hoisting ceremony, where our dedicated and sincere housekeeping staff member, Ms.Muthazhagu, proudly hoisted our national flag🇮🇳.
The celebration was filled with a splendid array of 🎙️cultural performances, such as fancy dress, patriotic speeches in English, Tamil, and Hindi, kavithai recitals, patriotic songs, drama presentations, and captivating dance performances. The enthusiasm and energy of our young champions truly captivated 🤩the audience.
Our winners of the various competitions—coloring, Drawing, Handwriting, Speech, and Essay writing in both English and Tamil—were proudly honored with well-deserved👏 certificates by our respected Principal, sir.
An inspiring and motivational ✨message was shared by our Principal, echoing the significance of the day. Following this, heartfelt gratitude 🙏 was extended to our loving students, supporting parents, and dedicated staff members, whose collective efforts made this celebration a 💫resounding success.

As a part of commemoration of Dr. Abdul Kalam's Death Anniversary Today ( 28.07.2023 ) our VKM School students witnessed a glimpses of life history of the Missile Man of India. The inspiring incidents of Kalam's life are depicted in AV. Dr. Kalam, a living legend still creates an imprint in the hearts of all generations.

🇮🇳Paid tribute to our Kargil Heroes 🪖🇮🇳
Today (26.07.23), the members of VKM Vidhyalaya came together with great pride to commemorate Kargil Vijay Diwas.
🙏🏻With deep reverence, the principal, staff and students paid heartfelt tribute by lighting candles🕯️and offering flowers 💐to our brave Kargil heroes who fought valiantly.
🎤Our young warriors showcased their patriotism 🇮🇳by reciting the tale of the Kargil War, delivering speeches in both English, and Tamil, and reciting kavithai in Tamil and Hindi, portraying the significance of the day.
🌟Our principal, sir and the in charge teacher, Mrs.Saranya delivered inspiring messages to our students, instilling a sense of responsibility and understanding unity.
🌹As a symbol of harmony, peace and love, a pair of Pigeons 🕊️were freed by our principal, sir. The day's celebration inculcated the values of sacrifice, peace, prosperity, and brotherhood among our students.💫
