Hi to everyone

I'm having WD - My Passport 1TB External Portable Hard Drive, which has suddenly stopped working, it contains very important data in it.

Can anyone please help me in rectifying or finding the way to work it back or to backup my data.

Hope I will get some hope or way to rectify this issue.
