Job Description: TELUGU

Process: Airtel Outbound Voice process (Telugu)

Designation: Business Associate

Age Criteria: 18 to 28 yrs

Qualification: Plus two / Diploma /PUC/ Plus Two / Any degree (Arrears /Backlogs also applicable)

Skills Required: Manageable English communication with Fluent in Telugu speaking skills.

Rounds of Interview: HR Interview, Ops interview

Shift Timings: General Day Shifts (Rotational Week off)

Training Period (Telugu): New joiners would undergo training for 15 days in which training stipend of Rs.3000/- would be provided i.e.,(15*200=3000). Training stipend will be applicable only on successful completion of training certification.

· Additionally, Training Incentive of Rs.2000 would be given in second month salary.

Salary Range:

Monthly Take Home Salary: 11000 /- (Telugu) (10500 + 500 attendance allowance)

Interview Timings: 9.30am to 5pm
