70 years ago,
A country fighting to be independent from the shackles of the British,finally could break them.
The sweat,blood,hardships and sacrifices of our ancestors,our soldiers,proved to be worthy.

But after all these years of Independence, our country isn't perfect .
But we all can do our little bit to make it better ,daily.

Let's unite being an Indian and give our part in making our country really Independent in all manner and free from all prejudices.

Let's Rise above hate.
Let's Rise over differences.
Let's make India,a better India together.

It feels good to have a day where we engineers can be proud of. Not really proud of but still its good to have a day being named
on us, "ENGINEERS' DAY". Many of us actually don't know what engineer term suppose to mean,so don't worry i will let you know the
complete history of this term.See,engineer is a term derived from 'engine' .And those who used to design and operate engine were
called engineers. But it is actually a french term devised from 'ingenious' , which means "one who produces or generate (new) things".
So we engineers either become a good engineer or we learn the art of entrepreneurship. It is up to us which course of line we choose.

Today I will share with you the three things that I wish someone must have shared with me then.These three things that I have learned
,i did find it true in my life.

1.The first is to learn from our failure or success.
There is a belief that failure is somehow good – somehow beneficial. You hear people say, failure builds character, or fail early fail often.But what we learn from failure is limited at best and help to find another way to success.In contrast, what we learn from success is "how to succeed".This is infinitely more valuable.So both plays an equal role in our life.

2.The second that I know to be true is build our own value.
Having a degree is not enough.Being an engineer we must know how to present ourselves because after being an engineer people sees the thing that we being an engineer represent.We make a difference between one who repairs and one who creates and designs.And we definitely know, we are the "creators".

3.The third thing I know to be true is to follow your heart.
Often this means doing what is hard. Choosing a path not because it is easy, but despite that the fact that it is very difficult and the path our heart did choose.And don’t worry if you don’t find the path right away,invest time and you will find it. Because here’s another myth – the life is short. Or maybe it is true for some people, but not for the people
who refer them as "engineers".

I don’t even know you will like it or not,but the fact that you gave your time reading this today, tells me with 100% certainty that you will do things that could amaze you and others too.

My wishes with all the engineers.Hope you will like the fact of being an engineer.
