Today, we honour the life and legacy of Mahatma Gandhi, a leader whose unwavering courage and message of non-violence helped shape the course of a nation. š®š³
Gandhiās life reminds us that meaningful change does not always begin with power or force. It can begin with conviction, compassion and the courage to stand for what is right. His principles of truth, non-violence, simplicity and service continue to hold relevance in a world that constantly calls upon us to choose understanding over conflict and humanity over division.
His vision extended beyond Indiaās freedom. It was rooted in the belief that individual actions, when guided by integrity and responsibility, can contribute to the betterment of society. His emphasis on self-discipline, equality, dignity and service continues to offer valuable lessons for generations.
As we commemorate Gandhi Jayanti, may we not only remember his contribution to Indiaās history but also reflect on the values he stood for. May we carry forward the spirit of peace, respect and compassion in our everyday lives, and strive to create communities where progress is guided by purpose and humanity.
Let his ideals continue to inspire us to live with greater courage, serve with greater compassion and work towards a more peaceful and inclusive tomorrow. šļøš®š³
