After almost a week of much needed rest. We are up and running!

Last week as SEDS International Conference came to a conclusion, a sense of achievement, pride and joy was evident on the faces of every person who was and is a part of the SEDSIC '15 family.

Now, as the dust settles over SEDSIC '15, we look back at the teamwork and efforts of everyone who was involved in the success of the conference.

We would like to thank the VIT University management and all offices for their overwhelming support since the inception of the conference. We would like to thank our sponsors for supporting us through our endeavour and understanding our potential as a team.

We express our heartfelt gratitude to all the Guest speakers and Workshop delegation for giving us their precious time and enlightening the student community in their field of expertise and giving them an insight into a new arena.

We would also like to thank all our advisory board members and faculty coordinators for guiding us throughout the working of our conference, correcting us and for constantly pushing us to improve and make things better at every step.

The conference wouldn't have been a success of without the active participation of all conference delegates from colleges and schools around the country, without whose support the success of the conference wouldn't have been a success.

Last but not the least, We would like to thank the entire SEDS International Conference Organising Team, for their unparalleled dedication and teamwork, spending countless sleepless nights and days, without which the success of the conference would not have been possible.

Delegates, some last minute instructions for you. Please pay close attention to them.

1. External delegates who would be requiring accommodation will be connected by our hospitality team. Please share the relevant information of your arrival with them so that we can provide you accommodation seamlessly.

2. External delegates arriving to VIT University are requested to report to the Dr. M.G.R Block at the SEDS International Conference Desk. There, the formalities for registration will be performed after which the delegates will be escorted to the accommodation venue. The desks will be operational from 5pm in the evening.

3. External Delegates who haven't paid the registration fee have to do so at the registration desk on arrival. The registration and accommodation fee is Rs. 1250. Those delegates who have paid are requested to show their transaction details at the desk.

4. Internal delegates who have paid their registration fees are requested to show their receipt and collect their delegate kit on Friday, 13th of March from the Dr. MGR Block registration desk.

5. Internal delegates who haven't paid are requested to do so before inauguration and obtain the delegate kit. The registration fees for internal delegates is Rs. 750.

6. Post inauguration, delegates of the space convention will be escorted to the council venue. Delegates are requested to follow the instructions of the Organising Committee Members.

7. The conference itinerary has been uploaded on the SEDS International Conference Website. A copy of the same will be provided in the delegate kit. Delegates are asked to strictly adhered to he mentioned timings.

8. Delegates are requested to be dressed appropriately in Western Business Formals on both days of the conference. Should it not be possible, Indian Formals are also accepted.

9. It is mandatory for the delayed to attend all sessions. Failure to comply may lead to disqualification. However, in case of extraordinary circumstances, its up to the chair's discretion to to excuse any delegate from a session.

10. The decision of the members of the Executive Board remains final and binding. No conflict to such decisions will be entertained.

11. Delegates are asked to strictly adhere to rules to the rules and regulations of VIT University. Failure to do so may lead to expulsion from SEDS International Conference.
