Ladies and Gentlemen! Synergy'16 is just around the corner and we at IETE are giving you the opportunity to show to the world that you have it in you to do the best academic research work in your respective fields.

The PAPER PRESENTATION COMPETITION, to be held on the 22nd and 23rd of January, brings forward a stage for all those who wish to gain recognition of their work at an international level. Students and faculties are welcome to participate and showcase their research papers and get a chance to get their papers published by The International Journal for Research in Engineering and Technology (IJRET).

This is the CALL FOR ABSTRACTS. (LAST DATE 20TH DECEMBER, 2015)

The topics for the competition should be bound to the fields of Engineering and technology, more specifically:

This January, IETE-ISF brings to you The Big Data and Hadoop workshop conducted by I-Medita & IBNC-India in association with Synergy'16. The workshop will last for 3 days starting from the 22nd till the 24th of January. The workshop consists of 8 course sections, namely,

IBM Research announced the production of a 7nm node test chips with working transistors. IBM, Samsung, GlobalFoundries, and SUNY Polytechnic Institute's Colleges of Nanoscale Science and Engineering (SUNY Poly CNSE) all participated in the development of the technology, which could enable up to 20 billion transistors on a chip the size of a human fingernail.
