There are lot of conclusions that can be drawn in this jallikattu issue,
#1) are the state parties trying to seal the emergence of new national parties in Tamil Nadu by tarnishing the image of bjp. The emergence of PETA organisation was during Congress period, ban on jallikattu was done during Congress period and in 2016 the ban was lifted for a small period by bjp govt. Are the state parties joining hands to eliminate bjp in Tamil Nadu, after all it is better for them to have any local party to rule rather than national party
#2) by prolonging the protest with out providing solution, the image of our chief minister would be hit bad and then he would be asked to step down. The saviour in the form of sasikala would emerge to provide a resolve for this? Is that the idea of admk?
#3) is the central govt trying to deviate the attention of people from upcoming elections, demonetization?
#4) the issue of jallikattu has been there for several years but why has the state government allowed the protest to go to this extent this year alone? Are they hiding the issue of farmers death through this protest?
What ever may be the political reason, this one seems to be a spontaneous one from the youth with out any political motive. We have started off well let's not forget the real cause and fight for it untill the pca act is amended.
