This is my latest book titled “10 Sutras to surf Corporate Tide called Office Politics”, published a few months ago.

This book is special in many ways:
1) A Unique Book: Mostly, no such book on this has been written yet. That too, where “Ten Sutras” have been provided for surfing the corporate tide called office politics.
2) A Book with an Explanation: The book explains the root cause of Corporate Politics. It analyses if it is a natural phenomenon and why intentionally or unintentionally, people indulge in it or are dragged into it.

Most of our earlier surveys indicate that the term “OFFICE POLITICS” is generally described in a negative manner resulting in not good HR practices in the organization. However, significant numbers of respondents feel that “OFFICE POLITICS” may be considered as an effective Management tool in problem solving and decision making.
