Eligibility Criteria:

Age – Not more than 28 years
Qualification – Graduation in BE (Mech./ Naval Arch./ Mech. & Automation Engg) with min 50% marks in final year; 50% marks in English in 10th/ 10+2.
Medical – medically fit including eye sight and hearing as prescribed in the Merchant Shipping (Medical Examination) Rules, 2000; as amended.

TMC Shipping Goa was inaugurated by Mr. Carlos Almeida (MLA & Chairman of KTC). Mr Carlos during the inaugural speech said that TMC Shipping Goa would help in increasing the awareness level amongst the Goan youth about Merchant Navy. This would translate into Officer level jobs for the educated youth in the state. He wished Cdr AC David (Retd), the Director and his team all the best in his venture. Also present on the occasion was Mr. Nandaveet Raut, the Counsellor for ward No 15.
