A giant/towering fatherly figure among us mere mortals,a symbol,an emblem,an insignia,a logo,a motif, of knowledge,of empowerment,of scientific advancement,of inspiration to not millions,but billions of people,not just in India,but worldwide.....
It is said,
Death doesn't spare even the best of us. Because in the end, we all are but mere mortals and the imminent truth is that, all good things must end,all that has taken birth must die, but in the end if your life inspires even one living soul then its a life well lived. And in the case of our dearly beloved The Late Mr.A.P.J Abdul Kalam the more that i say the less it will be...
I may never ever, not in a gazillion years even begin to sketch/describe a thumbnail of this colossal being, this stupendous yet simple silhouette of a man and this prodigious man of science and one of the most famous son India ever had the honor of nurturing....
He may not be with us as of now(physically) but it is my humble and sincere request to all my friends and to anyone who reads this long-ish post of mine that,
Please do not just simply mourn his death and feel sad and bad and just electronically show solidarity towards this great man.
Incorporate his ideals and teachings into your day-to-day lives and in your daily activities.
Keep him alive in your prayers and in honor him in your work and strive hard to fulfill his dreams and ambitions. He had faith in you, about time that you repay his faith in full by fully immersing yourself in your work and making him proud.
Go ahead,
Go forth,
Shine bright,
Never dim your light,
Abolish darkness,
Get rid of your own heartlessness,
Spread the light,
Set the world alight....
P.S: The last part was written by me in an impromptu session.
P.P.S: Hope you enjoyed reading this rather long-ish post of mine as much as i enjoyed typing and compiling it.
