We were privileged to welcome Mr. Sreedhar Singh, State Judge in Uttar Pradesh Yoga Association, who guided the participants through a rejuvenating yoga session and shared valuable insights on holistic well-being.
The event served as a beautiful reminder that yoga is not merely an exercise but a way of life that nurtures physical strength, mental peace, and emotional balance.
