To make this learning experience even more enriching, we are delighted to host Radhika Bhargava, a researcher and PhD scholar from the University of Mumbai. Radhika holds comprehensive training R for Text Mining and Psychometrics, having developed innovative psychological assessment systems and algorithms for Indian languages.

We recently concluded a collaboration with a school in South Goa, where we worked with students on stress management and developing a healthy self-image. This was followed by a structured stress assessment conducted during their board exams, aimed at identifying early warning signs and providing timely guidance and support.

We recently concluded a teacher training program at one of the Navodaya schools in Gujarat, centered around the vision of NEP 2020. The sessions focused on enabling educators to adopt multidisciplinary pedagogical approaches in their teaching practices. We received deeply encouraging feedback from the teachers, making the entire experience truly fulfilling.

We empowered students through career exploration, nurturing a healthy sense of self, and building emotional resilience in Gujarat. It was truly a fulfilling experience to engage with them and contribute meaningfully to their growth and lives.

The most fulfilling part of my work has been its diversity. Conducting sessions across different cities in the country has exposed me to a wide range of experiences each unique and not always easy to adapt to, but incredibly enriching. From engaging with students to understanding local cuisine, people, and even the weather, every aspect has contributed to my learning and growth.

My time at Medinipur School was truly memorable and enriching.

The session included engaging icebreaker activities, a guided visit to the PsyConnect Lab, and an interactive Q&A segment.
