💖✨Auroras occur when the sun-charged particles collide with the Earth's magnetic field.

Neptune is the eighth and farthest planet from the Sun by far

It was discovered by mathematical calculations. Only once has a spacecraft visited the orbit of this distant icy giant - it was Voyager 2 in 1989.

🔵 Neptune's atmosphere is mostly hydrogen and helium, as well as hydrocarbons, nitrogen and methane, which is the cause of the planet's blue color.

😅 You may be sitting still, but you are also moving with an unimaginable speed through space. The Earth rotates; the speed at which you move “around the globe” depends on where you are; you move faster at the equator than at the poles. Let’s go with the top speed – if you live at the equator, the speed is about 1047 mph / 1670 km/h. 😱
