We are happy to announce that Dr. Atrayee Choudhury (M.A. in Economics, 2013-15) has been selected as an Assistant Professor at the National Institute of Public Finance and Policy (NIPFP), New Delhi. She has a Ph.D. from the Department of Economic Sciences, IIT Kanpur. She has several publications in national and international journals (Scopus & WOS indexed) in the area of public economics, applied macroeconomics, institutional economics, economic geography, and political economy.

He has done his Ph.D. under Prof. N.K. Mishra, from the Department of Economics, Banaras Hindu University (2021). He has several publications in national and international journals (ABDC & WOS indexed) in the areas of inequality & poverty, public finance, and environmental economics.
