🧘‍♂️ International Yoga Day Celebration at J. S. Public School 🧘‍♀️

On the occasion of International Yoga Day, J. S. Public School proudly organized a special yoga session for students and teachers. We were honored to welcome Mr. Rohit Kumar, Yoga Research Scholar from Banaras Hindu University (BHU), who guided and trained our students and staff in various yoga practices and techniques, highlighting the importance of yoga in achieving a healthy body and peaceful mind.

Our respected Principal, Mr. Shailendra Singh Ji, shared his inspiring thoughts on the significance of yoga in daily life and encouraged everyone to adopt yoga as a way of life for physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

As a token of gratitude and respect, Mr. Rohit Kumar Ji was felicitated with an Anga Vastram for his valuable contribution and guidance during the program.

The celebration was filled with enthusiasm, discipline, and positive energy, making it a memorable experience for all.
