Utkarsh Special learning center provide Rehabilitation services to handicapped child(CWSN)divyangjan

This special school is started under by Mannu Ram Welfare Society in Varanasi registered in Varanasi with a vision to enhance the capability and performance of differently disabled children to help in making nation stronger and establish themselves in their life to stand in crowd with their own identity. It is a school to give them new ideas and volunteer them to move with the dynamism they have in themselves.
