PPF celebrated the new year 2026 with the young leaders and women in the center, Varanasi🎊

Pragati Path Foundation has celebrating the Christmas with young leaders. This way increase and built their enthusiasm, nurture and relation with all.

We have trying to amplify the future and leadership through Dance, Play, Cultural event, training and Plays.

Collective emerging issue, action and strategy for three months 💥

At the end of the year, the PPF young girl leaders are reviewing and planning to work with young leaders for collective action for three months✨

The young leaders work on collective voice, collective action, collective bargaining own identity and power with enthusiasm🌟

Celebrating the children's Day with the leaders of Pragati Path Foundation at Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.

The children create their own world. There are so many colours, feelings, thoughts and emotions in one picture.

These leaders are trying to create a safe space and child friendly environment for their present and future for all the leaders.

Celebration is just an opportunity to meet the person who did support and encouragement to your journey. We were successful in starting those types of program ✨

Pragati Path Foundation organised the Diwali meet at the Pandey pur office with the board members, women's and male artisans, young leaders, theatre team, NGOs and team of PPF. 🤩

We did enjoy the game, dance, poet, song, drama and obvious nagada dance. 🤗

The purpose of that Diwali meeting was the culture of meeting each other is slowly fading away, especially in institutions, so a small effort was made to bring everyone on one platform without any selfish motive. 🫰

It's true that genuine, non-transactional connections can be tough to foster in institutional settings today. Creating a platform without a selfish motive—purely for the sake of meeting and connecting—is a powerful way to counteract that trend.

​I'd be happy to brainstorm some ways to keep that momentum and positive culture going! 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♂️

Training on POSH Act 2013

Pragati Path Foundation organized a training session on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act, 2013 at the project office. The session was conducted under the chairmanship of Ms. Neelam Patel, General Secretary, and facilitated by Mr. Deepak Pujari.

The training aimed at spreading awareness among staff about workplace dignity, safety, and legal provisions under POSH to ensure a respectful and inclusive work environment.
