🌿 World Earth Day 2026 🌎
Ashok Mission School proudly celebrated World Earth Day on 22nd April 2026 with great enthusiasm and meaningful participation from our students.
The celebration began with an inspiring morning assembly message, where students were encouraged to understand their role in protecting our planet. Our respected President, Mrs. Shobhana Pradhan and other teachers motivated everyone to plant trees and highlighted the importance of caring for our only home, Earth.
🌱 Activities that inspired action and creativity:
✨ Colouring activities for U.K.G., and Class I students, where young learners beautifully expressed their love for Mother Earth.
✨ Students of Classes II to V showcased their talent through creative posters, charts, and eco-friendly crafts, spreading awareness with messages like Save Earth, Plant Trees, Save Water, Reduce-Reuse-Recycle, and Say No to Plastic.
✨ A wonderful display of art and craft work reflected the imagination and environmental awareness of our multi-talented students.
✨ Students actively participated in the plantation of small saplings, taking a step towards a greener tomorrow.
🌏 Learning Beyond the Classroom:
Students explored environmental issues such as climate change, global warming, and biodiversity conservation through engaging activities. They also enjoyed learning through songs and making the experience both fun and meaningful.
🌿 Oath for a Better Future:
All students took a heartfelt pledge to protect Mother Earth by adopting simple habits like planting trees, reducing plastic use, conserving water, and keeping their surroundings clean.
This year’s theme, “Our Power, Our Planet,” reminded everyone that even small actions can create a big impact when we work together.
