हे नन्हे दीपकों तुम सबको इस पावन दिन पर
मेरे हृदय से यही आशीर्वाद
कि तुम्हारी आत्मा सत्य की ओर झुके,
तुम्हारी बुद्धि विवेक से भरी हो,
तुम्हारा हृदय प्रेम और करुणा से स्पंदित हो।
जब राह कठिन हो,
तो गुरु की स्मृति तुम्हारी ढाल बने।
जब मन डगमगाए,
तो गुरु की दृष्टि तुम्हारी दिशा बने।
तुम्हारे जीवन में सफलता केवल बाहर की न हो
भीतर भी शांति, निष्ठा और भक्ति का उजास हो।
तुम्हारे जीवन में ऐसा प्रकाश जले,
जो केवल तुम्हें नहीं
दूसरों को भी दिशा दे।
यही सच्चा गुरु-दक्षिणा है।
यही मेरी आत्मिक शुभकामना।
