There is no such thing as DREAM CAREER. Reason being we all grow, and as we grow, our aspirations, expectations, dreams and careers change! I bet 99% of us wanted to become an Airline Pilot or something fancy like that in the childhood! Stop thinking that one day you will have a career that you love! All you have to focus on is to try and club the either of the 2 (or 3) pie we spoke about, being Passion + Profession + Purpose. If in this lifetime, you can mix the two of these three, you have your dream career that you will love.

In earlier posts, we spoke about differences between your and your . You also know now not to confuse between your profession and passion. The third pie is your of life. Just like Passion and Profession, it is highly important at this age to realize that IT IS COMPLETELY OKAY IF YOU DON'T KNOW THE PURPOSE OF YOUR LIFE, YET! AS LONG AS YOU DON'T CONFUSE IT WITH EITHER PASSION OR PROFESSION. Purpose has a very broad definition while being so specific. To start with, something that the word needs, and you can provide, and you may or may not get paid for it, but you will feel satisfied that you have done something good! That is your purpose.

Hopefully, now you know what you are passionate about. And also you know whether that passion is going to provide for your family or you want to do it part-time and find another profession. The question and action is now to make a list of all the skills that you are already good at, or can quickly learn and be better at it. Learn it just good enough that somebody will pay you for that skill.

Unfortunately the colleges of the day are not equipped to produce employable resources. If you were told that by going to a specific college, you will get a job, that's not happening.

There are 3 Ps to look for. Passion, Profession and Purpose. It's totally fine if you do not know your purpose yet. As long as you don't confuse it with your passion or profession! Good thing is that It's also totally fine to keep changing the purpose as you grow.
