A Brief History of the CMA Baroda Chapter-

1. The Baroda chapter gained independent statusin 1968.-
2. ⁠The first Chapter office was located at M.C.High School, Salatwada.
3. ⁠In the year 2000, the Chapter relocated to-its new premises at the 2nd and 5th Floor, Phoenix Complex, Sayajigunj.

A. Details of the position:

· Company: GSFC Ltd.

· Department: Finance

· Designation: Executive Trainee (Finance)

· Location : Baroda Unit

B. Eligibility Criteria:

· Maximum 26 years of age as on 01/01/2023;

· Employee Dependents: Relaxation of 2 years in age (i.e. maximum 28 years as on 01/01/2023) shall be extended to the Employee-Dependent candidates. Kindly note that a candidate’s parent (mother/father) working with GSFC will be considered as an employee dependent as per the prevailing policy.

C. We would like to further apprise you that the selected candidate/s shall be initially engaged for 1 year training as an Executive Trainee. On successful completion of training period, the recruit/s shall be engaged for contractual period of 2 years. Subsequently, subject to satisfactory performance and requirement of the Company, recruit/s shall be absorbed in regular grade of the Company.



D. The recruit/s shall be required to execute a Training cm Contractual Service Agreement to serve the Company for a total period of 3 years. In case of breach, employee shall be liable to pay an amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- to the Company in lieu of the liquidated damages.
