Ø Last but not least; the candidate should have some work experience in facing the customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ø Good product knowledge & process knowledge.
Ø Explain the product to potential inquiries
Ø Calling on web leads in Sales force, right after the first call made from RO and same to update in CRM on regular basis.
Ø Admission process to be done online with uploading all scan copies of document and also maintain the hardcopies of all docs which is to be submitted to RO at the end of the drive.
Ø Make the inquiries to turn up to our Centre, counsel them and close the deal.
Ø Closing the deal over phone.
Ø Meet the weekly and monthly target.
Ø Execute prompt inquires’ follow-up, lead through phone.
Ø Handle customer questions
Ø Record customer details including reaction to the product or service offered
Ø Maintain and develop good relationship with customers to get the maximum referrals.
Ø Review their own performance and aim at exceeding their targets.
