The Fitting Finale to the Football Finesse

It was a matter of pride and honour for the winners of the 2nd NES Soccer Tournament for their victory came on National Sports Day - a day that's close to all Sports lovers' hearts! They sure couldn't have asked for a better day to celebrate this success. They have promised themselves that this is only the beginning and that they would only better their performances in all the forthcoming tournaments.
Mr. Utsav Pujari, the General Manager of NES, along with Principal, Mr. Theopane D'souza witnessed all the league matches and handed over trophies to all the winners. This sure boosted the morale of the players and added to their happiness quotient!
The results of the matches were as follows:
In the match for Boys - Navrachana Vidyani Vidyalaya emerged winners and Navrachana International School secured the Runners up position.
In the match for Girls - the winners were Navrachana School Sama and Runners up , Navrachana International School.

**The Start to the 'Soccer Storm'!*

August 27, 2021 was a day of 'getting off on the right foot' for all the young soccer enthusiasts! Students from the participating schools 'found their own feet' today as they 'kick started' the day with full enthusiasm and vigour in the 2nd NES SOCCER TOURNAMENT organized by Navrachana Sports Academy.
The students of NISV got the opportunity to witness the battle between the nimble-footed athletes of NSS and NISV, who were striving hard to 'kick' their way to victory!
Mr Theopane D'souza kindly consented to grace the occasion as the Chief Guest and boosted the morale of the students which spurred them on to 'put their best foot forward' as the event began!
The passion, energy and enthusiasm was clearly visible on the faces of the players and spectators alike. The pandemic sure was a spoilsport that dampened the spirits of these budding champs in the past couple of years and this kind of a much-awaited event proved to be a boon for these sportstars!
They sure are looking forward to playing with the same kind of spirit in the upcoming matches.
We wish all the students good luck and hope that the best team wins!

THE 'KICK' OF VICTORY!

In the 'End of the 9 A Side' Avalon Football Tournament organized by Avalon World School, Waghodia, the U-14 girls of the Navrachana Sports Academy emerged victorious and were declared champions after defeating DPS, Kalali in the semi finals (1-0) and NISV in the finals, a tough match, where the prowess of all the players was visible in the penalties, wherein the girls brought the nail-biting suspense to a well-deserved end!
Congratulations, girls and Coach Altaf Pathan for the kick in the right direction!

Navrachana School U-17 Girls Basketball team emerged winners for the 3rd consecutive year in the Khel Mahakumbh State Level Basketball tournament held at Sama indoor stadium from 26th to 28th November 2019.
The team defeated Ahmedabad team in finals by 68-56.
The team members are Naomi, Khushi, Tejashree, Dhruvi, Nishi, Athia, Avishi, Hiya, Roshi, Maahi, Nandini and Soumya. Coach - Dharmindersingh Lakhanpal.
