As a coach, few moments are as fulfilling as witnessing a clientโs dream evolve from a boardroom conversation into a tangible, inspiring reality.
It was a proud and emotional moment to see .interiors bring one such vision to life with the India launch of โ the celebrated soft seating brand from the Czech Republic.
The soft launch, held at the Czech Embassy in New Delhi, was an elegant and thoughtfully curated evening in the presence of some of Indiaโs top architects and interior designers. A fitting venue for a brand rooted in timeless European design.
It was an honour to hear from Her Excellency Dr. Eliลกka ลฝigovรก, Ambassador of the Czech Republicโgracious, warm, and deeply supportive of this collaborationโand to meet the brilliant mind behind RIMโs design legacy, Austrian architect and designer Kai Stania, whose work has been recognised with global accolades including the Red Dot Design Award, Good Design, and the German Design Award.
Congratulations to the entire team at Momentum Interiors, on this milestone.

Day 30, with yet another powerful team yesterday. The most fulfilling part of this day is doing the BHAG of the business with the entire leadership team.
It's such a privilege to facilitate and witness their Big Bold Audacious goal come alive and take shape.
This profession of a growth coach is a gift!! It enables me to be able to empower and support teams, witness their dreams, ideas, and thoughts take shape, and slowly start becoming a reality๐

The 3 days of the first Bloom Quarterly for team India was the best way to start the Bloom journey this year!
The learning sessions, the overindulgent dinner venues, the fun conversations, and planning for the coming year, all in one!
Highlight for me was my presentation to the coaches for KPI's, - lagging and leading KPI's, the implications and implementation of these KPI's in a business to achieve the desired results.
