A case of Giant Lipoma.
A 42 yrs old male patient was admitted at Dept. Shalya Ta**ra Khemdas Hospita with c/o swelling over right scapular region since 1 year with h/o gradual increase size .
The case was diagnosed lipoma.
Patient underwent excision of lipoma under local anaesthesia. Considering all aseptic precaution.The procedure was executed smoothly with no post operative complications.

CASE OF – Lipoma in Breast
A 46 years old female patient presented with complaints of right sided cystic swelling for 1 year... Patient had heaviness and discomfort at the site... Approached to OPD of Shalyata**ra, at Khemdas Hospital.Patient was admitted and all clinical examinations were done. Radiological Investigation that is USG Right breast was done which shown well defined lesion involving subcuticular plane of right breast of benign etiology suggesting to be Lipoma. The diagnosis was confirmed and after obtaining surgical fitness, patient underwent the surgery of Lipoma excision under local anaesthesia successfully by the team of Ayurvedic Surgeons at Khemdas Hospital. Proper post operative care was taken. No any post operative complications were seen and patient got speedy recovery.

》On clinical examination swelling at umbilicus region was present and coughing impulse was positive.
USG findings was 6 mm & 4 mm size defect seen in mid line supra umbilical region through which omental fat herniation p/0:- supra umbilical hernia
》Under spinal anaesthesia hernioplasty was done successfully.

A case of Vesical Calculus.
A 52 year old male patient having pain and burning sensation during micturition, dribbling micturition , nocturia since 3 yrs approched to OPD of Shalya Ta**ra, Khemdas AyurvedHospital.
On clinical examination tenderness at lower abdomen, no scar present, no skin discoloration
USG - Abdomen and Pelvis revealed bladder minimally full shows 33mm sized calculus, prostate 23 cc, normal in sized, rt intrarenal 3- 4 mm sized calculi, large urinary bladder calculus and cystitis.
Under spinal anaesthesia suprapubic cystolithotomy was done successfully.

A 19-year-old female patient having Swelling over the left upper outer quadrant of the left breast since 1 year, consulted at OPD of Shalya Ta**ra, Khemdas Ayurveda hospital.
On clinical examination, a Lump is presented over the upper outer quadrant of the left breast
USG Local part revealed
Approx 5.1*2.2 cm sized well lobulated hypoechoic mass lesion seen at the site of swelling at left breast 2'0 clock position
P/o Fibroadenoma
Under local anaesthesia, excision was done successfully.

The patient was apparently normal before 2 months. One fine day he noticed acne like appearances over his body. This was associated which severe itching. For which he consulted an allopathic physician and was prescribed medications for 2 weeks. But as soon as the medicine was over, the condition reappeared with much intensity, for which he visited Panchakarma OPD, Khemdas Hospital for further treatment.
The patient was diagnosed as Vicharchika and appropriate treatment was advised, both internally and externally. Within a span of 5 days of treatment, itching completely reduced and marked reduction was seen in discharge also. On the 8th day of treatment, the skin lesion completely disappeared.

Case of Transiant Ischemic Attack
A 29year old male patient admitted in Department of Panchakarm at Khemdas Ayurveda Hospital with complaints of hemiparesis with loss of speech. He was diagnosed as Sardit Pakshawadh.
After 8 days of treatment, he was able to speak and walk properly and went home happily.
Patient underwent Ayurvedic management with Panchakarma treatment under supervision of Dr. Shivani Gavande and Dr. Divya Deva at Khemdas Ayurved Hospital.

A 52 Years Male patient consulted Panchakarma OPD at Khemdas Hospital with Complaining of Loss of Strength in Right Upper Limb and Lower Limb for the Last 4 Months. He was diagnosed to be suffering with Hemiplegia as per MRI findings.
He was admitted and treated with Sarvanga Abhyanga (Whole Body Massage) and Shashtikashali Pinda Swedana, Dashamoola Nirooha Basti (Yoga Basti Krama), Mustadi Rajayapana Basti (Karma Basti Krama), Shiropichu and Pratimarsha Nasya
He got symptomatic improvement.
